Specialized consulting on optical transmission networks
Sina Company, with a history of implementing major national projects, including the sixth and seventh phases of the development of the National Information Network and extensive cooperation with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Infrastructure Communication Company, Telecommunications of Iran, and major operators, provides specialized consulting services in the field of optical transmission networks.
These services include analyzing the current situation, identifying capacity and sustainability bottlenecks, presenting development and optimization scenarios, and designing the target network architecture based on OTN/POTN, DWDM, IMS, and Router technologies.
Given the presence of the company's equipment in more than half of the country's infrastructure optical transmission network capacity, the solutions provided are designed based on real experience on an operational scale and taking into account technical, economic, and long-term expandability requirements.
Advanced network design and engineering
Sina's engineering team, utilizing its specialized knowledge and practical experience in operator projects, provides design and engineering services for optical transmission networks at Carrier-Grade levels.
These services include Ring, Mesh, and Hybrid topologies design, accurate capacity measurement, fiber path design, Link Budget calculations, and implementation of Protection and Restoration scenarios.
Supporting the full range of capacities from STM-1 to 400G and technologies such as FOADM and ROADM, along with design based on intelligent SDN management (integrated in NMS), enables the creation of flexible, automated, and scalable networks.
Development and localization of advanced telecommunications equipment
As one of the main players in the country's optical transmission industry, Sina Company, relying on the largest optical research and development unit (more than 140 experts), designs and manufactures advanced telecommunications equipment domestically.
The company's product portfolio includes OTN/POTN, DWDM, IMS and Router equipment with support for FE STM-1/4/16/64, GE, 10G, 100G, 200G and 400G capacities.
The development of these products is carried out with a maximum localization approach, increasing network security and reducing external dependence, and allows for complete customization based on the specific needs of projects; in such a way that in many national projects, solutions have been designed and implemented specifically for the customer.
Supply, installation and commissioning on an operator scale
Sina Company provides End-to-End project implementation services from equipment procurement to installation, commissioning and final delivery.
These services include equipment installation at telecommunication sites, performing FAT and SAT tests, integration with the existing network, and complete commissioning of optical transmission systems.
Experience in implementing extensive projects nationwide enables fast, accurate and coordinated implementation with operator requirements and minimizes implementation risks.
24/7 maintenance, support and operation (NOC)
Sina Company provides professional O&M services and utilizes the Network Operations Center (NOC) to provide complete support for telecommunication networks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
These services include intelligent monitoring, preventive and corrective troubleshooting, event management, software updates, and technical support at various levels.
The ability to define dedicated SLAs for each customer, along with rapid response and expert support teams, ensures the stability and optimal performance of the network under operational conditions.
Specialized training with official government license
Sina Company, with an official training license from the Management and Planning Organization, provides specialized training services to government and private organizations.
Training courses include basic to advanced concepts in the field of optical transmission, working with equipment, operational scenarios, network maintenance and troubleshooting, and are held in a theoretical and practical (Hands-on) format.
